RLS 15 years

Been dealing with RLS for 15 years and it's getting worse. I thank God that all of you provide this valuable information to help me try new solutions.

It's most important for me to also not interupt the sleep of my spouse which as you all know is a challenge to keep quiet and still when my legs want to move.

Thank you all.

If I think I am in for a bad night I go to the sofa. There is no point two suffering when only one needs to.

That said there are nights I sleep and in my sleep the kicking and wrecking is such my wife leaves the bed but that's beyond my control....so far!

Just tried something new, called prebiotics. It was in the form of food, something called Jerusalem artichokes or also called sunchokes, and had a great night of sleeping. Will let you know if this continues to work.

I am lucky a bomb wouldn't wake my partner! I am amazed ( and a bit jealous!) of her ability to put her head on the pillow and within sixty seconds Be gently snoring! Lol

Yeah, my hubby sleeps like a log as well. It’s so annoying when I have a bad night.
