Tapentadol
I don't have Tapentadol listed in my UK medicines book however being short of time to his morning and without looking it up on WEB I think it is similar if not Tramadol a synthetic opoid. Tramadol can be Rey effective in helping alleviate the painful symptoms of RLS and apart from effects wearing off after long term use, if you have pain then you should not become addictive to drug.
In men with urinary problems I would caution against usage unless they have already tried drug and found no problem. Also can cause constipation if diet poor and lack of exercise.
Drug can be very effective for RLS symptoms in combination with a dopamine agonist.

Tapentadol is closely related to Tramadol. I have been looking at it as an alternative to oxycontin for lasting the full 12 hrs- but can't get much feedback.
Any views on its use seem to indicate that it would be better to stay with the oxy.
Hope that helps a little bit.
Thank! you! yes that does help. The pain got so intense yesterday i took the lowest dose of 50MG twice day. Actually that dose had negative effect on the pain. Doctor increased the dose to 2 x 50MG twice daily. I will see how that goes today. I don't tolerate oxicontin at all well. Also my doctor suggested that tapentadol is less addictive than oxicontin. Thankyou for your response i appreciate the support.
