B12

I watched Dr in the House - UK Television. A man had suffered sleeplessness nights plus night sweats for 20 years. After tests they discovered he had low levels of homocistene - which affected pathways in the brain. Three specialists advised high doses of B12. He was cured within days.

Thought I'd mention it.

B12 is connected with iron levels- which in turn is connected with rls- so it all figures.

Some day, someone will put the jigsaw together.

B12 is a simple blood test- so should be straight forward to determine deficiency.

I just had blood tests to check just about everything. My doctor said everything was great including my b12. I don't know what the actually was or what is considered good or normal. Does anyone here know? I am also trying to.come off pramipexole. Had I known how hard it was going to be I would never have started it.
