Antihistamines.

Hi all. :)

Does anyone have any idea which hay fever remedies are ok to take when you have RLS? I am taking Gabapentin and Co-codamol which work for me quite well now but I am very cautious about buying anything that might tip me back into hellish nights and miserable days again.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Allegra is safe, I have used it before without any problems. You should be ok. Good luck.
