Hi! I would like some advice please. Going to London on coach this weekend, any suggestions to ease the pain. Apart from my regular meds. Thank you.

Hi. You don't list your usual meds so it's hard to give advice. I would choose codeine.xxx

Hi! I take 4mg ropinorole, 250mg pregabalin and 30mg codeine. But its not enough to keep the pain at bay. Need some alternatives. Thank you.

Bless you. Tramadol is stronger than Codeine and helps settle RLS. That seems a high dose of Ropinorole. x

Thats what i get told but if i dont take that dose i dont get any sleep. Its during the day when i cant take anything that i start to suffer, especially when travelling.

I understand . The problem is that that dose will cause augmentation of your symptoms.x

You could always double up on the codeine to get you through the journey and suffer without when you get back home.

Maybe you have and understanding GP and they would prescribe some Tramadol or maybe a benzo over the short term that will allow you to travel

If you can get cannabis or kratom they will help too

Just got to keep moving.

Managed to get down to London using Diazapam. Just couldnt sleep in the hotel bed, had to ask for a spare quilt and slept on the floor.
