searching for my post on rls
If you tap on your moniker you will get into your user profile. There you will see a timeline of all your posts. You have 2 in the last 10 mins.
I find with HU that they don't upload the contributions immediately. I don't know whether that is due to my cr*ppy internet connection or whatever. But if you navigate away from the site before the post gets uploaded then it is lost.
I often have had to cut and paste an answer and reenter just to get accepted.
Hope that's clear as mud.😞
Another way to check out is to enter your moniker into the search box. ( tap on "more" top of page, tap search)
You come up with 4 entries.
" Ve are vatching you" 😈
Thank you very much madlegs 1 Initially I found the sight some time ago and came on for help. A few days ago I came on site to try and offer some help but I cannot understand the layout and find it difficult and time consumming. I am older and don't have time to waste. so i am calling it quits . however I do hope you and everyone can find some help. I was on clonazepam for almost 2 years and it was fantastic. unfortunately I became used to it and so it didn't work . I heard about a newspaper article in which a Dr. Martin Scurr recommends his patients go on PRAMIPEXOLE so i asked my doc for some and it is working just great for me at the moment. Maybe if you haven't tried it you could have a go. RLS is a horrible desease and only those people who suffer from can understand the misery it causes. I wish you all good luck in your search as every medication seems to react differently on each person . I can tell you that the soap in a bed theory did not work for me, and some of the others made me sick. I have read recently where they are doing a lot of new research into it so let's hope so. Thanks againf for your reply. jonjo.
Jongo you have only done 2 posts the ones you did today. However you have replied on other peoples posts. It is easy and takes 20 seconds. Simply click on your name and it will show the posts you have made. On the same page click on replies and it will show all the replies that you have made. Hope that helps
Pipps x
thank you pippins 2 I made two posts yesterday but some a couple of days before which must have got lost. Thank you for your help and good luck to you.jonjo
Jonjo i can see them. One of them is 5 posts below this one. They title of the post is "A different way of sitting ".x
Thank you pippins 2 for trying to help me, but "a different way of sitting is not my post, however it doesn't really matter now. I was on clonazepam for about 2 years but then they stopped working. Gabapentin made me feel sick all the time but thankfully I heard of one called Pramipexole and touch wood it seems to be working for me at the moment. If we have a few different ones that work maybe we can keep switching around to keep RLS at bay. I hope you are doing ok and wish you well thanks again jonjo.
Jonjo i know "A different way of sittng"is not your post but you left a comment on somebody elses. This is where you are getting confused. If you scroll down the replies under Mary Stewarts different way of sitting post you will see what you put. This is where you are getting muddled up.You are replying to somebody elses post instead of doing your own so that is why you cant find it x
thank you pippins 2. At last I understand what you told me . I must be dim but as I said although I love the internet and new technology I am slow to get used to it. I ask google the answer to many problems now and think these forums where you can help are a good idea. I wish you well and send wishes that you find relief from RLS and hope they find a cure soon. If they can find out how to run a light bulb for 40 days from a potato maybe someone will come up with an answer to our problems with RLS . Thank you for answering me . jonjo
