You are the new iron maiden. I hate to put that burden on you but as I have done you must "pay it forward." You and your daughter have received a gift from above, not from me. It is a gift that must be shared. RLS seems like the devil incarnate but really it's just our very own brains crying out for a little iron. 25mg of iron can mean the difference between someone taking their lives or sticking around to see their grandchildren. My son is only 17 and I am already dreaming about grandchildren. I told him I would let him see his children every other Sunday :) Be well always. This is my husband's email so I gotta sign off and out.

Was it a private message or on the forum?

At any length, whether it was a PM or on the forum, the admins here are at the mercy of this web site and it's continual glitches. So, no sense in losing our minds over it. ;) Every web site like this gets glitches because the user volume is so high and it is a fact of life on the internet. We just got Facebook straightened out for the groups on there after 10 days. I did not think the person you mentioned was a member here any more? I could be wrong......would not be the first time.

Hi Raffs, the important thing to remember about Lymes Disease is the 2016 discovery that the bacteria that causes Lymes Disease live in BIOFILMS. This is an earth shattering discovery. It will revolutionize the way they treat the disease. That's why antibiotics often fail to eradicate the disease. The biofilms can be virtually impenetrable to antibiotics. So first we have to bust up the biofilms then use antibacterial agents. Something as simple as Mucinex, a cold remedy, can - maybe bust up that mucous like substance that bacteria hide away in. There are many practitioners claiming that certain substances are biofilm busters. I'm trying several right now. Remember, it's war. Those microbes want to live every bit as much as you do. Good luck.

She changed her name again, at least I think it is a she. ;) That is why she/he disappeared on you, so no glitches just her changing her name as usual.

How can she reply as "Hidden" if she has been banned? I see she is using another email, so that is how she must have been able to post.

Woah- I love the excitement and paranoia.

And while we are talking of paranoia ' why would anyone have anything to do with FB - I won't even say its name. Devil Spawn- Evil Incarnate.

Cheers- and let us all keep our perspective at all times. 😱

RLS-UK are on FB.. :P

Some very good reasons for being on FB is, all the groups vet people before they are allowed to join. Makes good sense to me. :)

Hi Elisse

We have 10,000+ members now making it the largest RLS FB page in the world. ;)

in reply toKaarina

Which makes FB a good place to reach out to people. :)

Yes, this is the biggest group for sure. I keep my groups smaller to be able to better control things. On FB a big group like this would be a free for all, but we know people's names, etc. And, we have a stringent vetting process. But, I do appreciate this group very much, because I am in the US, and I like that there is a place for the UK-er's. Our groups on FB are about half and half, I have people from about 46 countries now, and am learning all the health care systems, or lack thereof in many countries. it is very sad in some cases.

Yes, Like I said on another post, on FB we know who we are talking to 99% of the time, and in a group that needs rules, that is better than screen names, after 22 years of managing groups, we have learned a few things. I understand why some like to be anonymous, and that is fine. But, on FB, we have all the control over our groups and not at the mercy of a web site. Not criticizing this group at all, but the web site is what I have issues with , as far as the technical things.

Ah that makes sense now, here was me thinking the CIA had come for me, (I can take off the tin foil hat now) :)

Thanks for the replies all.

So I take it that the Iron Lady is not part of your FB community? 😇

in reply toMadlegs1

I only know of one Iron Lady and I am sure Satan is having his fun with her!!!!

Ah now Raffs , me bucko , we already have the mother of Iron Maiden posting above. So that makes her Iron Lady- or maybe - as she admits herself- Iron Granny.

Oh - I can't take more of this- I'll have to go do some work.

Cheers all.
