Have you tried klonopln? I use this to get to sleep and it works every time. I take tramadol as well and use a 1mg Neupro patch. Not perfect but what is?
Have you tried Requip or Requip XL. It works great for me. I have been on it since 2009 and works as well today as it did back then.
Cardopa is not recommended for daily use as it is top of the list for meds which cause augmentation
I was on Horizant for about two months and became so depressed I had to get off of it. Over the past 30 or so years I have taken almost all the drugs used for RLS and after awhile had to go to a different one. I now am taking Percocet which is the smallest dose and I cute it in half and take one half around 7:30 or 8:00 PM then the other half around 10:00 PM. Getting off Mirapex was so difficult as I was on it for almost 20 years. What a hell that was. When I have an evening where I can relax I feel like I have reached heaven. Just being able to lie in bed without moving my legs constantly is such a joy. Even on the Percocet I still have evenings where my legs get restless but not like they were when on the Mirapex. I still have times where my hands and arms are affected. I find that crocheting helps with that, but how many items can I crochet. Lots I have found.
