Great for you Beady! I am also half-way through a holiday in Cornwall and have entirely the opposite experience - the first couple of nights were great, miserable ever since! Still, the first week was in St Ives, an getting up early, going for a walk and watching the sun rise over the coast was some compensation. My normal technique of trying to ignore the RLS and trying to find things to do as distraction in the early hours is tricky in those dark hours. Anyway it is now light, & things look much better as usual.

Hope your improvement continues!

That's great!

Do you take anything other than the Tramadol ?

I'm thinking of switching to it.

Beady, welcome back and I'm so happy you DID get to enjoy your Holliday after all. What do you think might have happened that the TRAMADOL didn't work for those few days? Could it have been anxiety because of your trip? I'm so glad you're back to normal with the meds. I'm in the USA, what does going in CARAVAN mean? I apologize for the ignorance.

How Dee friend, don't know what happened with the first few days but all is going good for me now and that's great. Hope all is fine with you we must be adverts for Tramodol. A caravan is a static van bit like mobile home without the wheels don't laugh at dicription. Have a nice day

A caravan is a camping trailer Johannasuar. Hope I have your luck beady3 because I am going on a cruise in 6 days time and I am really struggling with taking Sifrol (Pramipexole). So far I have only taken it twice, 1/2 (125mcg) the first time which made me feel very unreal and weird and nauseous but last night I to 1/4 ((about 65mcg) and although I kept waking up it was much better than normal. I hope Elisse is seeing this because I have tried to reply to her 3 times but my post doesn't go through. I would like to know it there is a patch or tablet that doesn't doesn't make you feel nauseous, feel weird, that has less chance of augmentation and isn't habit forming. Big ask I know.

Spudellen, good luck with the cruise ,all I can say is try Tramdol but you have left it a bit late to try something new,you don't get augmentation with those tabs,I had augmentation with the other sort of tabs and it's the worst thing I have ever had, lets know how things go captain x
