Painful ankles

Hi all do anyone suffer with painful ankles? Mine are so painful to put pressure on them when walking they hurt where the heel is around the sides also they make cracking noises its most painful when I've been sitting or first thing in the morning I can hardly walk thank you x

Could be achilles tendonitis. Have you asked your GP to refer you to a physiotherapist? Almost no one does the exercises physios give out, but my experience is that they really work.

No have seen doctor about it but I think she just think it's arthritis just got some pain tablets but they aren't doing anything thank you for your reply I will go back to docs and see if they will refer me x

I had painful joints everyone ached - fingers wrists and ankles was advised to stop dairy and gluten for ME and boom within a couple of days the aches cleared up.

I would not have believed it had I not experienced it. Surely worth a try?

This does not sound like restless legs syndromes,you may find Pain Concern forum more helpful
