Does any one know if it matters weather I take 2tabs at 6oclock instead of one at lunch time and one at six as they make me very sleepy and I don't want to sleep. Thanks folks beady 3

Think it makes more sense beady to take them both later when you want to start feeling sleepy rather than during the day, Maybe give your doctor a ring to check its ok .x

Pippins I am going to take 1at 6.00 and 2at 10.00 What do you think ?

Yes that makes more sense hopefully the 2 at 10 oclock will send you to sleep. Remember to checkmit out though Beady I am not medically qualified.Thats what I would do knock off the morning one and take 2 at night good luck x

I think that the purpose that your doctor had in mind to tell you to take part of your dosing at lunch or later afternoon is because symptoms rear their ugly head around that time.. taking some of it earlier will get the final dose to work more gradual so you don't have a sudden drop off at 8pm.. your body will step down a little at a time and you will have more round the clock protection... now that is only my best guess...make sure that you check with your doctor before making changes on your own.
