there. When I take a shower, each water strand is felt on my face. Is this unusual? Bad night, slept about two hours and am totally spastic this morning with my whole body contorting because of the rls. Have a good day everyone.

I cannot stand for anyone to touch me, or even brush up against me, if my RLS is acting up.

Do you take some medicines for rls that would cause this? I don't know

much about the medicines. I think that someone talked about this way

back when I was looking through stuff on here. They thought that it was

a mineral rub or pill. (I forgot, sorry) I can't stand my bedding to be messed

up underneath me. The sheets can't have any pickies or wrinkles. It sounds

dumb but that's what happens. I have to get up and change the bedding or

I have to smooth out the wrinkles. I can't stand wool against my skin or

anything like nylon either.

Jaynielynne, Thank you for the insight. Since joining this website, I have received such useful information that I am now looking at my script of requip as being more of a problem than a solution. When I go to bed at night I can huggle with my husband or my small dog for only a few minutes. Then I can't have anyone touching my anywhere. We ended up buying a king size bed.
