Can anyone tell me what the highest dose of Pramipexole is for restless legs.Moved house and new GP issued a p description for 0.25MG .

I was on 0.18 MG. and wasn't aware that I needed to go up.

I believe its a max dose of 0.75 daily bit the lowest effective dose is the best bet as your body gets usef to it.The more it gets the more it wants so if you ok on 0.18 tell your doctor you want to remain on lower dose

The company who produces Sifrol (pramipexole) says that 0,54 mg/day is the highest dose. If go higher you will get even worse symphtoms.

We are adviced to start on 0,09 and after 6 days go up to 0,18 if neccesary. We also get this advice: If your current dose doesn't help you ,try to lowen the dose.
