I had had a week of restless legs and arms what can I do?

I have had chronic back pain and op 2 years ago and also take gabapentin so wonder what I can do.

I ad for a year constant. Drove me to distraction. Still does abit but control it beta with above tabs

I also use prescription strength cocodamol. I don't get back pain or anything like that. I use it to stop the rls symptoms. Usually works well for me .

I am sorry to read your posting. I take it you have had back pain for more than 6 weeks as you say it is chronic. What kind of operation did you have? Have your suffered fro RLS before?

Cocodamol is probably what the GP will prescribe which does dull pain if taken regularly. Anti inflammatories can help too.

Have you been to see y our GP about this?

See your doctor. Have your iron checked, ferritin level check.

There are several other good prescription medicines out there

that you can try.

Ask for a narcotic. It very much helps with rls.

Gabapetin is one of the drugs suggested and used for RLS/WED, so maybe your doctor will ask you to take a higher dosage of that.
