They are all the same thing. I think Requip and Adartel are brand names and ropinerole is the generic.

Connie, what did you try so far for rls? I am about to make a choice of drugs.

I took pramipexole in lightest dose .125 -one tablet and got sick. I tried it

again another day and got sick, tired and dizzy. I threw mine away.

When I lived in England it was Requip now I use Ropinirole, it is generic. Don't know about Adartel.

I have tried all three drugs mentioned above and they have all made me quite ill. Had to come off them after persevering for about a week. I am on Clonazepam now but have reached my limit as you become immune to them. Started having problems with RLS again now and am desperate. I just cant go back to my old life before starting Clonazepam 3 yrs ago. Read about a new drug specifically for RLS called LACOSAMIDE. Anyone heard of it?
