OMG that looks almost exactly like what I go through all day long... crossing the ankles back and forth, rubbing the feet together, pulling the legs up... only thing missing is the sitting "indian style" and sitting up on the knees (one or both)

thanks ookla. this is the first video i have found that goes someway to showing what its like. Most of them are just folk throwing themselves around the bed!!

If i made a video of the positions i eventually get myself into to find relief,, Im sure id make a mint...wink wink

I think it was the bit with the sort of temper snap of the feet which caught my eye

Bursts out laughing... =DD Sure can relate.

exactly like that plus some painful leg spasms or my legs jump.

anyway that you describe it, it's not fun.

tried to link on but it wont let me

Thanks everyone. I know how difficult it is to describe what we feel, but I thought this was a good video!

Mine is similar, mostly shaking the legs on and off through out the day and when I lay down in bed or anywhere else to sleep, my legs automatically start pulling up to my chest and then down again several times and then my feet start rubbing together and I get fed up of this and try to stop my feet by crossing them. Doesn't work but does slow the movement down enough for me to sleep but then I am always mentally exhausted by the time I go to sleep because of the meds I take. I sympathize with everyone who has rls. xx

I have worn a groove in the dining room floor, with my pacing round

im sure of it !!
