does anyone remember....

My RLS usually resides in my pelvis (and legs and feet) and I spend a lot of time sitting on a big exercise ball if i want to chat or watch TV , bouncing up and down. what i would really like to get is one of those old fashioned fat "mobilising" upright vibration things..the one with the strap which goes round you....I`ve looked on the internet and e=bay but with no luck...Any ideas where I might get one?

IT'S HERE!!!!! Really fast delivery .....I've had the rls in my hips all night and all morning ....I've just had a go and the vibrations seem to have overcome the symptoms quite a lot....enough that I can lie under my duvet so I can get a bit of sleep before work....if it gives me a bit of relief it will be well worth it. I can still feel the vibrations in my legs..much nicer feeling than rls!!!! Fingers crossed it might be a really good buy.....I'll keep you posted!!!!

blumming heck that was fast coming hope it's worth it and works for you or at least takes the edge off ..... if it was me i'd be like a cartoon soon as i'd turn it on and run through a wall lol oh..............lordy.... what a sight that would be :p

well i managed a couple of peaceful hours sleep before the symptoms woke me up again..If I am able to use it and watch TV with my partner for a bit (its pretty quiet) without having to go off and clean cupboards or aimlessly wander round the house , it will be well worth it!

The vibration seem to override the uncomfortable stuff at least for a while!

Doing well with it. I watched call the midwife while using it last night and it quietened down the symptoms for about an hour after!

love that program .... glad the thingy machine working out even though for half hour but as they say half hour better than nowt lol :)
