Nobody is able to diagnose my disease

Hi

I am a 27 years old male from India and one day in the month of nov 2018 suddenly i developed a swollen supraclavicular lymph node post which i developed severe breathlessness which lasted for 3 hrs. Afther this incident my body has become very weak as if there is no immunity in the body. I am extremely fatigued, no sleep dementia and have loss stifness in the muscle and feel like i don't have any energy at all. I haven't been to office for the last 4 months due to this.

Doctors say that the swollen lymph node is TB as that is more prevalent disease in India. I thought this might be undiagnosed HIV which turned into AIDs without medication. I went for HIV tests all of those Tridot, ELISA and western blot but all came as negative. I didn't believe that and went for Hiv proviral DNA qualitative Rt PCR that came back as "target not dected".

Also my cd4 count is very less which is 469 only and my cd8 counts are less than the normal range.

I am fully fed up of this situation and don't know what to do.

Does anybody have experienced this problem or know what this disease is, if not Hiv/AIDS.?

Thanks in advance for the answer.

Thanks
