Refreshing honesty from the Norwegian speakers when treatment is not working they say so in clear plain language that does not blame the patient or change the level that counts as a response in clinical treatment terms.

I have become very jaded on reporting in an era of alternative facts and that makes a speaker saying this did not work amazing.

As with the Norway study initial funding has come from areas other than the government departments tasked with overseeing research in these fields. When something happens once chance is involved when it happens consistently a pattern of systematic neglect emerges on a global scale.
