4 WEEKS that is just ace keep it up, you've got through the hardest bit, now you keep strong, you can do this
Hi busker, haven't used them myself but some on here are using them. Most have been using them in addition to some other kind of nrt and some have used only the e cig. If you have a look down some of the old questions and blogs you'll find some tips about using them. Sorry I can't help you more but I'm sure our advisers Emjay and Jarvo will be in touch and will be able to give you some more advice.

Well done on 4 weeks as a non smoker - brilliant. I am at 8 weeks, celebrating today!!! Sorry can't help with electronic cigs - all I know is you have to keep re-charging them. I quit with lozenges, a shed load of sweets and sheer grit and determination. Oh, and cleaning my teeth a lot when I wanted to smoke. Keep going you are through the worst now and you will feel so much better.
Hi, I've been using the e-fags for five weeks (tomorrow) and I have to say they work for me. I've tried many times to pack up and failed but this time five weeks on I have to say this is wokring for me. Don't have the awful craving, even when I get a wiff of cigarette smoke.
Yes it costs a bit to get going but once you've got a few of the batteries and cartomisers off you go !
