Tuesdays are talk time. Talk and share with others. Come on here and chat to others who are quitting smoking. Celebrate your victories, celebrate your life, celebrate the small things which give you comfort and happiness. Concentrate on the positive, not the negative, use that to push yourself onto celebrating the next victory. Enjoy celebrating, get used to patting yourself on the back and saying well done instead of you're useless all the time.

Talking is good and can be fun at the same time. Don’t forget when you start chatting to others it takes your mind off cravings , and any other worries.
