I want to stop smoking and have tried but I'm struggling thinking about not having my morning cigarette with a cup of tea to wake me up.

Well done for still thinking about quitting! Most of the time, stopping smoking is about changing old habits too. So how about brushing your teeth when you first wake up or getting straight into the shower? You could try a different brand of tea or even switching to a decaffeinated brand? There's no reason why you still can't enjoy that cup of tea in the morning still!

I have tried on many times to stop smoking and thought I would be unable to function without the first cigarette on the way to work. I have recently read a book called The Easyway to stop smoking by Allen Carr and It has given me a positive frame of mind to not fear quitting smoking. It is early days, after 2 weeks I have not wanted to smoke anymore. This book has really helped me to escape every cigarette, not just the morning one. Good luck
