Hi all

I did it yep , no safety net , I jumped straight in and had a wonderful swim everything came back to me breathing technique and stroke. I did stop and had a good old body shake out every so often but still managed over 30 lengths ok it was not the biggest pool in the world but it still counts lol the fact that I thought I would be doing depths only is a bonus . Already looking forward to my next swim have a terrific smoke free day everyone. 😎 Bean

Hi Bean,

I'm 4 months smoke free and been going to the pool 5 times a week.

I love swimming and exercising in the pool, and have noticed no weight gain and my body is firming up .

Glad to hear others are also enjoying swimming and being smoke free.
