3 months winner.....marvelous. Keep it up and congratulations.

What I have found Zoesmum, is that if I believe I have "given-up" something like smoking it is a sort of deprivation: I am denying myself of something like ciggies, and I am the loser, and have "lost-out".

On the other hand I think that if we say I have quit or stopped "ciggies and smoking" it is not a deprivation, and so quitting for good should (should) be much easier.
