Never heard of it but just read known as Bronculitis . Erm interesting and scary but after reading several sites, although linked to some flavours in e cigs, still not as dangerous as normal cigs. I feel that e cigs perhaps will only be used in the short term to aid quitting smoking.... big debate 
all beyond me !
