Hi there, huge welcome to quit support and congratulations on making the decision to kick that habit 😁 it's perfectly normal to feel like you're coming down with full on flu when you quit ! Fortunately it only lasts a few weeks or so but is normal for your immune system to be a wee bit cross with you in the beginning. Hang on in there and it will get better 😊

hi donesmokin,
flu like symptoms are very common in the early days of quitting..you are doing well..j your body has a bit of adjusting to do with not smoking and it can effect us all in different ways...none of these things last for too long and are all bearable
hang in there
It will be worth it all !
