Have a great smoke free day guys and be proud, I know I am ππππ

Week 2 DONEπππ
Yep you every right to feel proud Cimmie, so well done. You know we are always here to listen and we don't mind moans and groansπ Maybe treat yourself to a little something to help pick up your moodπ You're doing great so keep going and sing out your favourite song or have a little dance, whatever you do celebrate your achievementπx
Thank you Briarwood, it's a great help knowing someone is there for you. I'm going to take the dog for a long walk I think, at least I know I wont be breathlessπ, the dog has never had it so good lately, even she likes the new healthier meπππ

Thank you Monky, you are so kind and welcoming. I may see about joining the gym, I can afford the fees now I've given up smokingπ And if I'm busy it helps. I can't clean my house anymore, it's been cleaned within an inch to it deathπππ. I need to get out moreπ³ Enjoy your evening or day all depending where you are
Hey cimmy my house is in need of a clean....ππ
Whoohoo on 2weeks, that's a great achievement hunπ
As monky has said try and do something else like exercising but your doing great getting out with your dogπ And the great thing about that is its freeπ
Maybe get yourself a little treat too, that should be a bit of a pick me upππ
Feel free to come round to my place anytime, lots of cleaning here for yaπx
hi cimmy,
well done on your two weeks, you are doing brilliantly
If you need another house to clean, jump on a plane to Australia....Geez...i come get ya from the airport
most of us had the "have to be doing something" for a distraction. it does get better - hence why my house needs cleaned
Each new day, we get that little bitter stronger and fighting the urges etc...think back to day one or two for yourself...i bet you see an improvement ....reflection often gives us strength to move ahead
Congratulations that's brilliant X

It's going ok so far, going to chemist tomorrow to sign up for patches and gum.
I really like this forum everyone is so helpful and nice and you feel like you are not going through this on your own. Iv read through a lot of the posts which have been helpful and inspiring.
