1 Week Cleanππππ: I've done it!!!! My first... - Quit Support
1 Week Cleanππππ
Wow, well done Cimmy, it's a real achievement. I believe the first week can be the hardest in many ways. Keep on going. You've got to remain tough and determined. Remember NOPE
GREAT WORK
Thank you Quitterpaul, it has been hard, but I will keep going. It can only get easier (right)???π
Yes Cimmy, (there will be lots of ups and downs) but it will get easier.
Beware though not to ever get complacent. Sometimes just when you think you've got it nailed mr Nic will jump out from nowhere and surprise you. Stay strong.
I have had failed attempts in the past, and thought that it would be okay after many months to just try one cigarette........... Big mistake. You cannot ever do this.
I used Alen Carr's book, easy way to quit smoking and went cold turkey.
You've made a week π, now you can do another week. One step at a time. You're a winner!π
You're right Quitterpaul..... Addiction is cunning and baffling ...... We can't let our guard down.... Mr. Nice may be watchingπ¬

Hello again Cimmyπ I just wanted to mention that I keep a list of the reasons I need to stay off cigarettes 1. Woman smokers in my family have disabling strokes at young ages and another thing I have to watch is drinking. Drinking is a HUGE trigger for a lot of us to light up. When I go out I stick to one drink because I don't trust alcohol or me on it haha
We're all in this togetherπ«π«π«π«π¬π«π¬π«π¬π«π¬π«
