Support group or someone to speak to?

Is anybody interested in or knows of a support group?

I am 36 and have moved back home to help care for my mum who was diagnosed with psp 2.5 years ago. I am finding it very tough to cope with and watch the changes. It would be great to speak to someone who is going through it or has been through it.

Hi

I live in Elmbridge, Surrey. My husband had PSP for seven years.

If you live anywhere near me we could get together at some point.

Regards

Hi Victoria,

The PSP Association has support groups set up all across the country which you are very welcome to attend, if you would like to ring us on 01327 322410 we will send you a list of supports groups to see which is closest to you.

Alternatively you can visit the Support Group section of our website

pspeur.org/care_and_support... to see what is currently available in your area.

We are also beginning to set up some new Volunteer-led supports groups with a community focus, so if there is not a support group close enough to where you live and you would be interested in helping out then we would love to hear from you.

All the best

What area of the country are you in> I am in North East London and we are starting a support group meeting in September in the Brentwood Area. If you are not in my area speak to Cameron Wood at the PSPA.
