For PSP Acupunture is the best. The doctor says it can be cured. He said that within 10 day 50% of the symptom can be cured. I have gone for 5 days and I can feel the difference

I do hope acupunture helps you kspmail. Unfortunately it did not in my husband's case, even after several very expensive sessions.

But the main thing is, if it helps or eases your symptoms for you, that must be the most important consideration.

take care and best wishes.
