My lovely husband passed away recently after battling the insidious disease that is PSP for at least six years. Although heartbroken, I do take comfort in knowing that he’s no longer struggling with mobility, vision, swallowing and remembering. It has been agonising to watch the disease gather pace, throwing up different challenges to address every step of the way, I’ve posted questions occasionally on this site and have been very grateful for people’s kind, insightful and immediate responses….a huge thank you ! The information you provide has been invaluable in all sorts of ways and it helped enormously in securing CHC funding. It felt like this forum provided a community of support, that was always there should I need it. That is so important when wrestling with a little understood condition like PSP. Please keep up the excellent work that you do!
