My husband had PSP, I used a small notebook to log each day and his vitals as well as any new symptoms. This helped me keep track of on coming UTI's, dehydration and or early pneumonia so that he could be treated quickly. It was helpful in discussing his medical care with his doctor and nurses. I wish you the best.
