Yes, my Mum had the same problem. It made things very challenging for the carers at her nursing home. Despite trying to let staff know that it is not my Mum trying to be demanding I'm sure they didnt really understand that it was a symptom of her PSP and was out of her control. Mum used to even shout out for help constantly even when I was sitting with her and already helping. I won't pretend that I didn't find it very stressful and I feel selfish saying I used to feel unappreciated when it was poor Mum that was the one suffering the most. All you can do is be patient, try to be kind to yourself and take any help that is offered. Good luck with everything.
