I don't think there is info in Urdu - but I'm from Pakistan and we can talk/write in Urdu - plz feel free to DM me - I was primary caregiver for my dad so I can guide/assist
Hey Sammy - I haven't seen you here for a while. How are you doing?Ec/Sarah
Hello ec/Sarah - it's lovely to hear from you ma'am - I'm doing well thank you it's hot here in the Pakistani summer (40C usually) but then we get to eat some yummy mangoes :))
how are you doing? I hope you're keeping well too
Thanks for replying, Sammy. I'm so glad to hear you are doing well. The news about the heatwaves is very worrisome; nice to know at least you have good mangos, but I don't know how you stand the temperature. I worry about the animals, too.
I'm fine, overall; looking to retire from my job of 35 years next month, and will enjoy the freedom. I hope to work locally on environmental issues as well as to have some time to garden and otherwise play outside.
Sorry P, I cannot suggest much re Urdu. But having PSP for past few years (I am now 80) I have made out 3-4 pages of information about PSP, and what I have been doing to keep it only slow developing - without drugs. I can splatter the information all over here - or best if you will tell me ur email address so I can send direct. It's in English, and has many of the main factors you need to look at. Best wishes TIMbow
Sorry to hear about your mom.Have you contacted the pspa helpline, they might have fact sheets in different languages? Or point you in the right direction. I hope that helps
Hi, the link below is to an information page on PSP, the language choice is on the top right of the page which includes Urdu
