Keep Going

Beloveds in pain, just keep going. Keep going. Put one little foot in front of the other and just keep going, even if you only move one inch. Grab the hands of the people who love you and just keep going. One tiny step today. Another tomorrow. You will make it. You can make it. Hold on to both your pain and your hope; they both deserve your belief. They are both real, and they both matter.

So difficult, hoping you get some strong pain relief for her. Love to you so hard to watch, I know how you feel.
