Our #MondayMotivation is Sam Blanchard.

In honour of his dad, who has been diagnosed with PSP, Sam is taking on a unique challenge this summer: The TRIsle of Wight.

Originally a three day event, Sam has recebtly updated his challenge due to the Covid-19 crisis, to include 13KM SWIM / 100KM BIKE / 42KM RUN….. IN A SINGLE DAY. Amazing.

If you'd like to find out more about Sam's challenge or to view some of his training updates, please visit: thetrisleofwight.com/

One day or three day event... doesn't matter. He's making the most out of a bad situation - all for a great cause.
