The sun dipped behind the clouds and thunder started blaring. There’s a light drizzle but enough commotion that I checked in on the youths. I’m sure that momma is spying on me while I’m spying on the babies. She’s very clever and never far away. My my, look how big they’ve grown!

Do you have time to do anything else ? xx
Those are great photos.....I like that each day we get to see the changes, and that you give a description of what is happening in the surrounding environment.
Thank you!

How far they have come! Now they can't lie on their backs, but have to stick their beaks up in the air!
Wonder how long before they fly?
Of course she is watching your every move.
I think mum will be watching you but knows that rather than you posing any danger to her chicks you are the extra pair of (wings) she needs to look out for them. Such a lovely ongoing story.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful experience with us...I watch every day for your pictures... I wonder if they will hang around after they learn to fly!! If so you will have to give them names!!!
Do you know how long they stay in the nest?
