Heart smiles here. Ya know, It’s amazing how much we take for granted throughout our lives; especially when it comes to our parents. My father passed away 2 years ago, and he fought a hard 18 month battle with cancer... and it changed me. I have always spent time with my parents, and as an adult - I loved them, but now ... it’s fierce love for my Momma. She is so deserving, and I appreciate the sacrifices they made for me and my brothers - so, I have made the decision with this insane diagnosis ... I refuse to allow it to rob me of the joy ... right now.

I am devastated honestly, and the reality of this is really hard to comprehend....I miss our long talks, I miss her cooking, I miss her angelic way of treating people .... I miss her, my Momma - but, I am

Holding on to every bit of what and who she is right now ...
