My mother in-law has PSP. Late this afternoon my mother in-law was rushed to the hospital because its been for days that she havent deficated and today wanst able to urinate. It's difficult because she can no longer verbalize and answer us if we asked her if, is she feeling pain or not. Then this morning we noticed that her tummy got bigger and bigger in fact she is already skinny, so we decided to bring her to the hospital...
The doctor put NGT on her stomach, its a hose to get the fluids inside her stomach, her postassium is down, according to her laboratories, she needs to be operated because there's some sweling and a hole in her intestine, it's been 1 night that she is in the ER because she is too week and needs to be monitored always.
Just this morning the doctor told us that her kidney failed, everything complicates and she is in 'HIGH RISK SITUATION'.
It's too painful, she was just diagnosed 3 years ago, and now this happens.

She's in so much pain right now. Time is gold for her, she needs to be operated as soon as possible but right now, she is still to weak. But we are having second thoughts wether she be operated or not, because we dont want to prolong her agony, its sad but we cant be selfish right? Because above all she is the one who is in so much pain.
This is due to no bowel movement, and her tummy is still big..
