PSP 5K Virtual Run

Well we did our 5K run last Saturday in the freezing cold and some snow flurries. We managed to get to the finishing line next to the car park where our lovely grandchildren were waiting and cheering us on.

Photo below shows from left to right my niece Joanne, me, my sister Jennifer and my daughter Judith. Front row Erin and Matthew my sister's grandchildren and then my grandchildren Matthew and Olivia.

At the moment our fund raising has reached £2300.

Maybe some day Yvonne. I'm hoping there are going to be more get togethers and I finally get to meet this lovely family.

How is George, hope the coughing and choking has subsided. Did the yogurt help? Lots of love, xx

It would be lovely if we can meet up in June for Amanda’s birthday 🍰 . No yougurt made it a bit better at times, but the coughing and choking seems to be getting worse. Yvonne xxxx

I should add that the grandchildren were not waiting for us on their own, their dads were with them and they were taking the photos.

The cold weather was full on Kevin. Took ages for our hands to return to normal. Next time I'm wearing gloves.

How is Liz. I hope you are still getting lots of smiles and cuddles. xx

Hi Nanny857

I've had a few good visits with Liz. She is struggling to drink fluids a bit now. Bur everyday I visit and sit with her, give her hugs and read to her. It's OK :)

Hi Ratcliffe, My fitness class and my Womens Institute donated £400 the rest came from friends and families. My 2 daughters opened Just Giving pages, Judith raised £965 and Karen raised 861 Australian Dollars.

Total now is £2715 and we still have some more to come. I'm just stunned. XX
