Valentine Surprise

I missed B's roses on Valentines day morning. It amused him that I never knew that he had them hidden somewhere and produced them as if by magic. Imagine my surprise when arriving back home after lunch that day, to find roses on my doorstep. It made me realise that I still have a part of B. in my kind and thoughtful children and I am very blessed. X

Lovely gesture, lovely children, I know I’m their Mum so I would think that, but I feel that they are a great blessing, as is my 96 year old Mum , who has organised and paid for her funeral to spare me the grief of it, bless her heart. X

My daughter also left a miniature rose bush with a Valentine on my porch. It brought tears to my eyes.I knew that she knew her Dad would have it so.

Lovely girl to do what her Dad would have wanted. Aren’t we blessed to have such people around us? X
