I heard this in my CR group tonight and wanted to share it.
I don't think it needs explaining but may I offer it as a solace who feel the guilt that maybe they could have done more......but as with everything in the past well it's over with let it go and set your sights on the happy even funny memories made
And as for worrying about the future......will that make it any better? Sure we have to plan and ponder and do the best we can but it's the doing not the worrying that moves things forward usually for the better.....studies have been done that 70% of those in the hospital are there because they have created physical maldies due to worry...."worry yourself to death" isn't just a phrase....
So stop worrying start doing and don't feel guilty doing your best....
Yesterday is gone, tomorrow's not here yet and today has troubles of it's own....

Thank you abirke! I love that statement. It does say it all. I really appreciate you sharing it. It makes me think of what Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, 34 “Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you. So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles." Worrying is a waste of strength and brain power. Staying focused on the Kingdom is the way to go!
