My Mum suffered with this horrible illness for about 9 - 10 years but only was correctly diagnosed in about 2013.

We journeyed with her through her illness as it slowly took more of her each day.

She passed away in January 2017,

so that is why today I am running 5k (the superhero run in Regent Park) to raise funds in her memory, and to assist research to help others who have this illness.

Exercise or Running is not something i do or enjoy so this is going to be a big challenge for me. so please all give me some encourgment for this walk im doing in remembrance of my lovely mum, a great woman, and if you wish to donate to help with this Charity please do

Thank you for your encouragement and support in advance

Hi, Luke. So sorry about your mother, and I apologize for not replying to your post earlier. How did the walk go? It was in London? I hope it was a good experience for you. Best wishes and thanks for being involved, ec

Good, then it's not too late for me to wish you luck and success.

I have asked recently for people who care to to share some of their life stories, and it's been lovely to get to know folks beyond the psp experience we share. If you feel like telling something about your mother and yourself, I'd be glad.

Best wishes, ec
