Yvonne are you alright? Wondering if the hospital from hell is behaving? Or rather the people who work there? How is George? Thinking of you both.

Marie we are home we came home yesterday, George is much more settled, very agitated this afternoon, DN had a doctor allocated to them 3 days a week, the district Matron asked her to come in and see George, everything ok. Big hugs Marie xxxx hope you are ok xxxx

So glad to hear he is home. Charles is agitated as well, we are starting Ativan drug and we'll see what happens. He doesn't want to go upstairs for showers anymore, we just bathe him downstairs in half bath, but like you, happy to have him near me for now.

Hugs.

Yes I have but he sleeps and is dizzy. I also give it to him later in the day to help him rest. Thanks!

He's back in the comfort of his own home, seemed like a lifetime when Ben was in hospital for 13 weeks and he was a different man when he got home. Love to you both. Xxx

So glad George is home...both of you are home....so much more comfortable....B took Morphine to help relax him and open up airways....also Ativan or Lorazipam they also helped relax and breath easier .... I used it in evening.....Does UK prescribe Morphine?

Yes they do thank goodness. However in hospitals end of life care is very variable. That shouldn't be the way it is.
