Painful, bloody orgasm 1 year post treatment

Next week I go in for my 1 year post-SBRT treatment follow-up. Until recently, I've had only minor side effects, with the annoyance of erection issues on and off. Starting 2 weeks ago, I started getting a burning sensation like many of us experience after biopsy, usually during an erection, but other times just while sitting. When I had an orgasm after this feeling started, it felt like a hot coal was put in place of where my prostate would be. The volume of my semen was much lower and what was there was bloody. I probably should have reached out to my doc then, but since I've got my upcoming appointment, I figured I'd share this info at that point. Since then, I've had two more orgasms, the pain is not as bad (though still uncomfortable) and the volume of my semen has somewhat returned to normal, but there is still blood. I know radiation affects everyone differently at different times. I wanted to hear from you so out there if anyone else had this or similar experience this far along after treatment?

It is probably just scar tissue sloughing off. If it goes away on its own, no worries.
