Hi DarrylAs always most interesting and informative.

I had ADT from April to Sept, as a holding treatment, as sadly Covid delayed my Radiation treatment.

I found this medical castration horrible.. Hot flushes, fuzzy headaches Weight gain 2 Stone!! Etc

Finally, had SBRT Radiation Oct after Spaceore Hydrogel protection fitted

( Note to your Clients it essential as saves your Rectum being badly damaged with the Radiation) and now slowly recovering from the ADT side effects ( Hope not permanent!?) and gladly mostly over the Radiation. No incontinence and Sexual function restoring as ADT wains.

Fingers crossed for continued very low PSA levels and as you highlight in your interview no Cardiac damage!! 🙏🤞

Keep up the marvellous work Darryl on Prostate Cancer and be careful in these dangerous Covid times, essential to take that daily Vitamin D tablet!
