I am a 64 years old gay man living in Italy. Following a scan I was found with some pet catchments concerning the seminal vesicles. To cut a very long story short I have to do more exams and there is a good chance I have to have prostectomy. I am freaking out about my future sexual life. I am recently started to be a bottom which I enjoy a lot. But I have no idea what would it mean to be penetrate without the gland? And what about the orgasm, will it go forever? So no anal pleasure, nor ejaculation. My partner is 52, and I am afraid that this will have an impact on our sexual life and as a consequence on our relation. Can someone let me know how it will be to be penetrated without the prostate? Thanks

First of all- take it one step at a time.. Until you have a biopsy, you have no idea if you have prostate cancer. And if you do, there are many therapies to investigate, most with lower risk of impotence, or incontinence. Try not to let your racing thoughts get the better of you.
Tall Allen, as usual, is wise. But just so you know, just in case you ever get that far, bottoming can still be great fun without a prostate. No cum (that liquid) but you come (yes, you have a climax).
