As I occasionally still mourn the apparentl permanent loss of ejaculate, I wonder does anyone here tried prostate massage post-RT? I asked my urologist about it and she recommended against it (but she may have been thinking just about manual massage). She was concerned that bleeding from the radiation-scarred prostate could create oriblems.
Earlier my oncologist signed off on using a prostate vibrator. Has anyone tried either approach as a way of stimulating an irradiated prostate to produce a little cum? Just a few drops would be awesome. Again, not holding my breath on that.

I have no knowledge of a prostate vibrator but did go to rehab at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC for pelvic rehab. Part of the rehab was a manual rectal massage. It did not result in any ejaculation though that was not their intent. I did not have RT. I had surgery for the removal of the prostate. Not sure if this is helpful but wanted to reply in case.
I've used a prostate massager post-RT. It didn't produce any cum, but it felt good. So what if it dislodges some scar tissue? You'll see a few drops of blood, which will heal.
RESTORE dilators I think are to help stretching the tissues for bottoms. Certainly no harm. I my case of RO all the semen-producing organs are gone. In the case of RT, those organs are cooked and scarred and not likely to produce. And YEAH I miss cum.
Some guys I know still are able to produce cum after SBRT. I think it's all about where any scar tissue forms. My prostate/seminal vesicles still produce some semen, but I pee it out afterwards (retrograde ejaculation) - I can see it in the bowl. So there is obstruction where they empty down into the urethra. If there were a thin enough endoscope that could punch through the scar tissue covering the outlet where the seminal vesicle drains into the urethra, it might be possible to restore function.
I had 9 of 17 cores positive, I think. But the only issue is whether there is scar tissue at the opening. I may consult with a gay urologist at UCLA who might be sympathetic. If I do, I'll let you know.
Ok thx Tall Allen. Yeah, even recovering a few drops would be a big thing. While I'm beating 10-1 odds to stay sexually functional (libido mentally propped up to function without T, and reliable erections) during ADT using my Loop invention, beating 10-1 odds of recovering semen is probably not in the cards. But I'll be interested in what the urologist tells you.
It would be orders of magnitude more disastrous to lose the orgasmic ability. I think I would be completely devastated. Fortunately, that would be an extremely rare occurrence. Of course it can happen with spinal cord injuries.
