Testicular pain

Has anybody else had pain in their testicles while wearing the depends undergarments? Is there a cure for this? It’s just a nagging pain especially in my left testicle. And no I’m not gonna show you a picture🤤

I've not had testicular pain but have had other discomfort that is leading me to believe that packing our equipment in Depends 24/7 is not healthy. I'm about 6 weeks post RP and am still quite incontinent, but I'm trying to spend as much time 'hanging free' as I can to give it some relief and room to breathe.

I'm using underwear shields and they also cause discomfort around my balls. Another issue is that they aren't designed to hold the twins in. They spill out the sides which causes leakage.

I agree. The pads need to be more like a jock strap.

I've had to wear Depends for almost 3 years now and have never had any testicle pain. They are a little snug as I recall - a long time ago I switched over to the Walmart house brand of disposable underwear, called Assurance. They're a little looser (tho I still get the S/M size) and just way more comfortable, besides being a little cheaper. But they're kind of ugly, looking closer to the dreaded 'D' word that I hate: diaper. Nobody sees them but me so I'm past caring about their look. Plus, I think they hold more than a pad in briefs, which is what I wear when going to the gym. My urologist says I'm a good candidate for an artificial sphincter, but I just can't talk myself into the surgery. But he's not a fan of the mesh sling or bulking agents, and since my leaking is getting incrementally better over time, I've adapted pretty well.
