Bio Chemical Re-occurrence.

I am in the place where no scan picks up anything.

Not sure if it is cancer. If it is, not sure if its a local type or a kind that will metastasize.

All of this impacts quality of life going forward.

If you had anything over GS 3+3, there is no such thing as a "local type." Unless you were GS3+3 on pathology, it seems like a very easy decision if you want to be cured.

What was your Pathology Gleason score? I'm not sure exactly which information you're talking about. But there have been 3 large randomized clinical trials proving that adjuvant radiation has better outcomes than a wait-and-see approach:

There have also been several observational studies that indicate that treatment at the lowest possible PSA is beneficial:
